Parecer do Ajudante do Procurador-Geral da República José Maria de Alpoim Cerqueira Borges Cabral. Pronuncia-se sobre a viciação da data do decreto que converteu a escola do sexo masculino da freguesia da Freixiosa em escola mista e interroga-se sobre o motivo dessa viciação. O decreto, tendo a data de 2 de setembro de 1911 com a assinatura do Ministro do Interior, apresenta a data viciada com uma emenda que o datou de 23 de agosto. Entende tratar-se uma irregularidade que urge remediar.
