Remete um ofício do ajudante do procurador régio da Relação do Porto, de 21 de agosto de 1848, participando que enviou ao delegado na 1.ª vara daquela cidade o n.º 184 do "Eco Popular", onde se insulta o rei de Nápoles, chamando-lhe ladrão.
