Parecer do ajudante do Procurador-Geral da Coroa e Fazenda João de Alarcão Velasques Sarmento Osório. Pronuncia-se sobre se as taxas de imposto de fabrico de fósforos, estabelecidas no § 3 do artigo 3.º da lei de 12 de abril de 1892 são o imposto único devido por aquela indústria ou se deverá entender-se que estas fábricas estão ainda sujeitas ao adicional de 6%, estabelecido pelo artigo 1.º da lei de 30 de julho de 1890.
