Ofício do Procurador-Geral da Coroa José de Cupertino de Aguiar Ottolini dirigido ao Ministro da Justiça, dando a conhecer o excesso de jurisdição do juiz conservador da nação britânica, que julgou extintas umas execuções fiscais que estavam pendentes no juízo eleito da freguesia da Madalena, transgredindo, desse modo, os alvarás de 16 de setembro de 1665, 7 de abril de 1685 e assento de 15 de fevereiro de 1791, que não admitem o foro da Conservatória Britânica nas causas fiscais.
