Responde às seguintes questões: se é válida a convenção celebrada entre o Governo e o Internúncio de Sua Santidade para a instalação da secção pontifícia nas cúrias metropolitanas de Braga, Lisboa e Évora, com as atribuições que até 23 de agosto de 1833 competiam ao extinto Tribunal da Legacia; se por esta convenção se poderá restabelecer a jurisdição de um tribunal extinto por um decreto com força de lei; se à luz do direito interno se pode admitir terceira instância em alguma espécie de causas?
